Intro to Blockchain & Cryptocurrencies

In advance of the August 1 Bitcoin fork, I did some catching up in the blockchain space since I used to trade it in 2013 but pushed it to the backburner while running startups. Meant to be introductory level but provide a slightly higher level of detail than a typical intro.
