The Stellar Development Foundation is hosting a technical workshop in our hometown of San Francisco!

Tyler van der Hoeven, SDF’s Ecosystem Evangelist, will teach Devs how easy and fast it is to build a wallet on Stellar.

IMPORTANT:

☑️ Please come early to check in with Tyler so he can gauge everyone’s knowledge/skill level before the workshop begins.
☑️ Bring your laptops and be ready to learn how to build your own Stellar Wallet!
☑️ This event is for all skill levels, so bring your friends and coworkers!

AGENDA:

5:30pm – Nerd out with Tyler! Show off your work, brag on your skills and make some intros.
This is not a test, just gauging where people are at, what they’re working on and what tools and languages they work with. Will help guide future workshops and tune the evening. There is no barrier to entry, and while this will be a technical workshop we won’t be getting too far into the weeds.

6:15pm – Workshop Begins
Over the course of the evening, we’ll be creating a fully-functional basic Stellar wallet. You’ll issue and accept your own tokens, make payments, review some security best practices and have a chance to get your questions answered. It will be interactive, engaging and oriented around leaving with a tangible Stellar application.

8:45pm – Workshop Ends
